A Program For Everyone
Our programs are designed for Healthcare’s, Hospitals, Corporations, Universities and Schools with one aim in mind: the expansion of integrative medicine and mindfulness awareness.
Programs generally run 4-8 weeks for 2-3 hours per week, depending on the need, size of group and type of program. We will work with your Human Resource professionals to initiate and customize these programs to the needs of your team and organization and work with your Leadership team to explain ROI and benefits as well as scientific research.
The programs contain several of the following components: introduction presentation, group exercises, guided meditations, yoga, breath work and relaxation activities.
These programs can also offered on a pilot-basis to gain valuable research insight in collaboration with your research teams.
For Healthcare Professionals
Our Burnout Prevention and Healthcare Professionals Programs integrate Energy Medicine, Mindfulness and Educational techniques to offer self-care for care givers, thereby assisting in relieving stress, unfavorable work affects, rumination and anxiety and regaining self-compassion thereby being able to provide more compassion and care to patients.
These programs are provided to all those in care services including, but not limited to, Physicians, Mental Health Clinicians, Nurses and Surgeons.
Studies have long shown the risk of burnout in healthcare professionals as well as the positive affected of Mindfulness and Energy Therapy program for increased health, sense of coherence and decreased depression, anxiety and stress. Studies have also shown an increase in compassion in Medical Professionals and Medical Students alike.

Our Mindful Students and Mindful Educators Program are for high school students, college students, medical school students and educators alike who have shown an increased risk of burnout, anxiety and stress. These tools are based on Mindfulness techniques and designed to bring meaningful tools for everyday life to students and faculty alike.
In most cases, students are faced with a strong emphasis and focus on academic performance through grades, future/career planning and pressures of time management not to mention parental and societal demands.

The effectiveness of Mindfulness have now been scientifically documented showing a multitude of psychological variables including areas of mental health, wellbeing, creativity and an effective way to deal with stress and stimuli.
Our history began in healthcare consulting which enables us to put programs together with the health care industry in mind. We will put together policies and procedures, work with your HR team for wellness programs, meet with your Board of Directors to present value propositions and ROI statements, work with your Finance team to put together budgets and work with your Executive team on integrative care strategies. We’re one of only 17 certified in the state of California to accompany clients in the Operating Room for surgery as well as for Pre/Post-OP, Chemotherapy and Labor/Delivery.
Our Mindful Employees Program entails a series of effective tools offered to those in a corporate and healthcare corporate setting to help alleviate the stress and pressures of the workplace. This Mindfulness Program is designed to bring awareness into the workplace which has been shown to increase productivity and respect for co-workers and even improve memory for participants.
Corporations can benefit too as this prevention-based programs may reduce their medical care costs. It has shown to make employees happier, with more focused attention, productivity and creativity. Other benefits are certainly possible, for instance Google initially introduced the program to increase emotional intelligence (called Inside Yourself) with great results.
