About

The Amaya Center for Mindfulness and Meditation was founded to help allow those who are interested in reawakening their body’s natural healing abilities. We educate on mind-body therapy through the use of Sound and Energy and offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques and Meditation classes integrated with our clients’ (conventional) medical care to provide a unique and custom opportunity for you to move back to wellbeing and allow your body to regain it’s ability to heal itself.  Our aim is to empower you to move back to wellbeing – your natural state.

Aside from working with individuals to attain this goal, we also work with healthcare’s, hospitals, schools/universities and corporation to develop Mindfulness and Meditation practices and programs tailored for the needs of their organization.

We are for center prevention, holistic heath and self-healing with an aim to strengthen the awareness of the power mindfulness and meditation in the Southern California community.

Founder's Bio

Mrs. Zandieh’s versatile career encompasses Technology and Healthcare Consulting and Integrative Medicine. In each field, she has reached new heights combining her passion for knowledge with her drive for being of service.

In 2015, during a time when Mrs. Zandieh was providing strategy and leadership consulting for healthcare companies and hospitals, her understanding of the mind-body connection and her curiosity regarding the body’s ability the heal itself became her new passion.  Through fast-paced, intensive training, she became a Complementary and Alternative Medicine Practitioner and Sound Therapist in order to have a more hands-on approach to her theories and studies. As she studied topics related to natural healing such as Eastern Medicine, vibrational resonance and energy blocks, she realized that the connection to the mind and thought as the initial source of separation from health was missing. With over a decade of practice in Meditation and Mindfulness, she decided to integrate the powerful combination of these methods to provide a holistic awareness of the mind-body connection to her clients.

In 2016, Mrs. Zandieh founded the Amaya Healing Arts Center of Southern California (DBA Amaya Center for Mindfulness & Meditation) with the goal to spread awareness of the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation within the Southern California community.  Her advocacy of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and its benefits for preventive care has led her to give talks and teach the program at healthcare’s, hospitals and corporations as well as at her own wellness center in Santa Ana, California.  She offers individualized Life Coaching with an emphasis on Mindfulness through her decade of experience and extensive studies to assist others on their journey to wellbeing.

Mrs. Zandieh offers donation-based Meditation classes to the Southern California community to benefit Free Reiki for Cancer (a non-profit organization).  She has also extended her reach into Fundraising to clients those burdened by medical debt.

Mrs. Zandieh has attended classes on/holds certifications in: Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, Complementary & Alternative Medicine, Oncology Reiki, Reflexology and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
