About Us

The Amaya Center for Mindfulness and Meditation was founded to help allow those who are interested in reawakening their body’s natural healing abilities. We educate on mind-body therapy through the use of Sound and Energy and offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques and Meditation classes integrated with our clients’ (conventional) medical care to provide a unique and custom opportunity for you to move back to wellbeing and allow your body to regain it’s ability to heal itself.  Our aim is to empower you to move back to wellbeing – your natural state.

Aside from working with individuals to attain this goal, we also work with healthcare’s, hospitals, schools/universities and corporation to develop Mindfulness and Meditation practices and programs tailored for the needs of their organization.

We are for center prevention, holistic heath and self-healing with an aim to strengthen the awareness of the power mindfulness and meditation in the Southern California community.
